Bob has more than 30 years of accounting and operations leadership experience managing and directing companies in a number of industries including financial services, manufacturing, retail services and specialty construction.
He has managed operations through startup, growth and turnaround modes. Bob has extensive consulting experience in the government contracting market both in program management and hands-on analysis in the areas of Proposal Submissions, Incurred Cost Proposals, DCAA Audit Support, Federal Acquisition Regulations, Cost Accounting Standards, Financial Analysis, and Federal Travel Regulations
Bob’s expertise allows him to quickly assess complex requirements, easily engage and dialog with staff and management, and formulate and execute strategic plans for special projects. His proven and extensive track record includes substantial management and staff interaction and sensitivity to team and consensus building. Bob has served as a chief executive, chief operating, and chief financial officer in a variety of industries and entrepreneurial ventures and is willing and able to roll-up his sleeves. He has the skills necessary to provide focused leadership with outside-the-box thinking and ingenuity.
His financial consulting experience includes strategic business and financial planning, government proposal support, GAAP revenue recognition reviews, internal control reviews and recommendations, internal audit support utilizing Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), budget and forecasting preparation and reporting, interim financial officer support, cost accounting analysis, and forensic accounting support in the areas of waste, fraud and abuse.
